Metal fabrications Process

We have many CNC operated press brakes including an LVD Easy Form Brake press for bending 3 metre long sheets and a large opening ideal for accommodating larger jobs. We have various sets of different tooling including some special tools allowing us to accommodate most jobs. The machine is ideal for high accuracy, flexible and demanding applications that utilises the LVD patented Easy-Form in process, angle monitoring and correction system.

Intuitive and intelligent CADMAN Touch based PC controls ensure maximum productivity and optimised bending results also with full offline integration and programming via CADMAN-B 3D software.

We work alongside our customers to create components and products for various enclosures and information screens, shop fittings, furniture, architectural and fencing work, and also lighting and other components for certain OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
